Structure:

• intelligent – microprocessor based – battery operated device, which communicates with PC via bluetooth interface
• the equipment has 5 buttons and alphanumeric LCD or graphic LCD

• stand-alone unit, which can communicate with PC via bluetooth dongle

ECG measurement:

• input: 6 electrodes ( 4 limb lead and 2 precordial electrodes)

Monitoring:

• Real-time R detection with acoustic signal for monitoring under surgery

  • Digital filtering: 30 Hz muscle tremor filter, (switchable)

Analysis:

• Classification of beats of a 16sec long ECG strip, and average beat
• Parameter computation:
  • Heart frequency, QRS width, PQ distance, QT distance, axes,
  • P, Q, R, S amplitudes in lead I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, CVL5, CV6LU
  • ST value in lead I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF,  CVL5, CV6LU
  • T wave in lead I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF,  CVL5, CV6LU
• Displaying of normal parameter range, and marking the actual abnormal parameters

Storage:

• rough ECG of 5-60 sec
• analyzed record: averaged cycles, rhythm curve (of 16sec), parameters with classification

Printout:

• rough and/or analyzed record on A4 format
